Lund is a premium automotive accessories brand offering high performance and stylish accessories for all years, makes and models of trucks, SUVS, CUVs and passenger cars.
With its products historically sold through retail and dealers, this market leader struggled for several years to launch a direct to consumer website and marketplace. The company’s Board of Directors engaged us to architect and manage a full-lifecycle digital transformation. Our mandate was to assess, integrate and deploy 10 branded webstores with a single catalog supporting 20,000 SKUs and Year, Make and Model (YMM) fitment, which equates to about four million combinations.
We worked with Lund’s internal talent and outside contractors to design and deploy the sites on Magento 2 Enterprise, and used Pimcore for digital asset management (DAM) and product information management (PIM). The sites were fully integrated with Lund’s supply chain, inventory, shipping and dealer features and also managed to salvage their legacy ERP for a resourceful, integrated effort.
