Monrovia is a recognized leader in the cultivated plant market with products in the 1,800 Lowe’s Garden Centers as well as hundreds of independent garden centers.

The Challenge

Our development team redesigned and replatformed existing B2B and B2C Magento 1.7 webstores and delivered incremental system upgrades, ERP and WordPress integrations, optimizations and new features that made their mobile site more responsive.

The Result

We delivered new functionality to the B2B site and how Monrovia’s partners and suppliers interacted. For the B2C site we added enhancements that allowed customers from all over the country to order plants and have them shipped to their local garden centers. Work on both sites helped streamline Monrovia’s supply chain, grow business and consumer revenues while decreasing the digital cost per transaction.
