The Challenge

SFERRA’s Board of Directors engaged us to review, assess and help determine strategy for a design and re-platform of their direct to consumer website as well as integrate multiple back-office technologies. Our first order of business was to audit their current technology architecture, integrations, products and tools. We took the time to understand the risks and constraints to scaling their growing e-commerce business.
